Staff was always friendly and willing. The lodge is neat and clean
The hot water was lukewarm as best and wasn't sorted out for the whole weekend. Spa and buffet prices are very high. The standard rooms are very small and the tv is also very small (32" at most). So regardless of all the positive things it remains a bad value for money lodge

It was beautiful and relaxing. Only too expensive for that standard.
The place is quiet, was able to relax. Loved the restaurant and the bar. So nice.
The price is too much for the room we had. Anything above 3k per night should be outstanding, but yoooh, the bathrooms are old, and fancy at all.

Stunning surroundings, excellent spa but slow service and bad food
The location is beautiful and well maintained. Big swimming pool, streams and rivers, lots of space to walk
The food was disappointing. So average and blend. Breakfast and dinner buffets are for the masses. No personal touch, no culinary experience just blend and overpriced.
