*We don’t have breakfast, had to leave early hours of the morning 04:00 am for air ballon flight. *The stuff very helpful and informative. *Bathroom clean, nice and good lighting. *It’s a beautiful lodge. We saw zebras while we were chilling by the pool up and close. *Love the Spa top class!!!

The room was not exactly as the picture on the website. Yes the furniture was as it shows on the pictures from the website but the room was dark and gloomy with very little sunlight coming through as they show them on the website with beautiful sunlight bright coming in from that big glass window and door with beautiful energy and atmosphere. *Service at the restaurant is a bit slow, to get just a drink takes a bit of time. That can fixed.

The room was exceptional, 5-star quality. It had everything one could ask for; it was neat as a pin and clean at all times. The Supervisor at the reception was always ready and willing to assist to make our stay more memorable. We even received a bottle of wine to compensate for our bad experience at dinner and breakfast.

At a cost of R395,00 per person for a dinner Buffet which wasn't worth R100,00 (without the option to order from the a la carte menu). The meal consisted of a meagre pasta salad, chewy beef and curried chicken, rice, corn on the Kob, cabbage and two pasties. The food was cold, we had to ask for bread or rolls. It was a rip off to say the least. The breakfast buffet was at least slightly better, but again the food was cold, and you had to call someone to offer assistance, there was no-one on duty at the buffet station. I was told that if I wanted French toast I would have to pay extra! Which after I complained to the Supervisor I received and was told that it was a misunderstanding!? The Spa was empty and when we wanted to make use of the facilities at 16:30 on Saturday afternoon we were told that we didn't make a booking and the spa was about to close. There are no set times for the facility, so it is a hit and miss. This even though the spa is beautiful inside and I am sure that if you are able to make use of the facilities you would enjoy it.

The location is beautiful and well maintained. Big swimming pool, streams and rivers, lots of space to walk

The food was disappointing. So average and blend. Breakfast and dinner buffets are for the masses. No personal touch, no culinary experience just blend and overpriced.

Staff was always friendly and willing. The lodge is neat and clean

The hot water was lukewarm as best and wasn't sorted out for the whole weekend. Spa and buffet prices are very high. The standard rooms are very small and the tv is also very small (32" at most). So regardless of all the positive things it remains a bad value for money lodge

The place connects you to nature which is perfect for an outing. I felt i was in another world. The freindliness of the staff was top notch. I am definitely coming back soon.

The television channels need some improvement, perhaps add news and sports channels.

My best highlights goes to the SPA, the staff and the facility itself was SUPER! The bubble picnic was also romantic and breath-takingly beautiful.

it would have been nice if the room TV was Infront of the bed, the room we got had the TV on the opposite side of the bed making it difficult to utilize the remote control..

The place is quiet, was able to relax. Loved the restaurant and the bar. So nice.

The price is too much for the room we had. Anything above 3k per night should be outstanding, but yoooh, the bathrooms are old, and fancy at all.

The TV in the rooms didn't work, the aircons are not maintained ...the room service never cleaned the bathroom their was hairs found

Booking went very well. The email communications beforehand were welcome but I am not sure if my replies were received by the venue as I could not type above the line indicated. Loved the nature and the River view and that they have a generator for loadshedding and the animals Zebras, Rooibok and rabbits roaming the property

- The shower walls and floor was not as clean as I would expect as there was mould between the tiles and on the ceiling and I had to descale(unblock the holes) the shower rose in order to have an enjoyable shower spray. - The last morning there was no breakfast setup and nobody in the dining room, so we did not have breakfast before we checked out. This was very disappointing as the breakfast was very good the other days. I did mention this to the receptionist when we checked out. She indicated that they would have taken a breakfast order but since there was no one to ask and the dining room was completely cleaned and devoid of any food or service setup this was doubtful. She did offer to provide fruit if we wished and indicated that she was also disappointed about the lack of breakfast for us.
